1- How do I create an account?

You will be required to create an account during the checkout process if you are purchasing an online class, as it is mandatory in order to access our e-learning platform.
e-Books only purchases: you have the option to create an account or not during the checkout process. You should create an account if you want your order to be stored on our e-learning platform, in this case, you will be able to access the platform and view your downloads at any time. If you don’t create an account during checkout, you will not be able to create one manually. And if you create an account during your next purchases, you will not see the downloads from all the purchases made without creating an account.

2- How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on the “Reset Password” option on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.

1- Account creation during checkout process:

During the checkout process, you should have already put your username and password information, which will be used to create your account on Sab Pastries .
After checking out, your account would be automatically created, and you will automatically be logged in.

2- Access Your Dashboard:

After checking out, you will be automatically logged into your account. You can directly access your dashboard by clicking on the menu bar and clicking on “my account”.
Alternatively, you will be able to access your dashboard through the link sent in your confirmation email
Once in your dashboard, you can find and access all the products you have purchased.

When you click on “View the Course” you will see the actual price of the course in USD without any reduction or sale. The price displayed on the shop page is the one you will always be charged. The discrepancy may occur due to any ongoing promotions or discounts that are reflected in the displayed shop page price.
We recommend referring to the shop page for the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information.

After your purchase you will have access to my e-Learning platform where you will have access to pre-recorded video tutorials and written recipes.

Yes! The online classes are completely self-paced, which means that you can watch them anytime and anywhere at your own rhythm .

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds on digital items such as eBooks and online classes. Please click here to learn more.
